30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@factoryxenon.com for return instructions.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Exchanges & Defective Items
U.S. Customers
If your item is defective and under warranty, we will cover shipping for replacements via USPS First Class Mail.
International Customers
- We will replace defective items during the warranty period, but customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Refused Shipments
Refused deliveries will incur charges for the original shipping and handling. If you would like the item re-sent, you are responsible for those additional shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items damaged due to:
- Mishandling (e.g., touching HID bulbs with bare hands)
- Abuse or negligence
- Installation errors
We strongly recommend installation by a certified technician or under their supervision.
Out-of-Warranty Returns
Returns made after the warranty period are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which includes shipping, handling, and processing costs.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding transactions on FactoryXenon.com, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled via binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
